The signaling link data file creator module

Basic operation

Creates signaling link data file ("SL.dat"), what is used by the monitor poller module
Reads the link information from SL2Dat.ini file

Features

Generates HTML file ("SL.html") contains links of the monitors and server for easier remote maintenance

[Monitors]
	MN0	152.66.247.30	Specify the NAME and the IP address of the monitor units
[GP0]			The section describes a singe signaling link. The NAME of the section have to be correspond with a link NAME specified in `monitor.cfg` file of the monitor unit
	sSigLinkDesc	Test-link 0	Optional description text of the signaling link
	sMonitorID	MN0	Specify the monitor which the signaling link corresponds to

(c) Can handle a (bit more than) 5000 signaling link entries total. (Used to handle a maximum of 243 only.)
(c) Warning about too many SigLinks per Monitor unit now refers to the Monitor's name (ID); this warning is issued only once per session.
