System Overview - System topology
The topology of a system is depicted in the figure below.
The basic hardware components of the Sga-7N system are
- the SS7 monitoring units (containing one or more SGA interface cards), simply referred to as "Monitors",
which are connected to the
- operator's bidirectional SS7 links
- Sga-7N Server
- Sga-7N Clients
- the Sga-7N Server, which is connected to the
- Sga-7N Monitors
- Sga-7N Client
- operator's Performance Management System (PMS)
- Sga-7N Clients that
- can be any desktop PC, connection to
- Sga-7N Server
- Sga-7N Monitors
