Event Database Loader

Basic Operation

Periodically scans the working directory for Sga-7002.xxx files, created by the Monitor Poller module
Scans folders given in the configuration file's sDataFilesMaskXX entries for input files created by any other module(s)
Writes event records into binary data files
Event records contain the followings:
- Timestamp
- ID of the monitor where the event occured was created
- Signaling link ID and direction if that event is a signalink link related one
- Event ID
Creates SNMP traps about its shut down and if any problem has been occured during opening input or writing output files

	Auto scroll	(ScrollLock, or )	Allow automatic scrolling of the log screen
	Save settings		Save actual settings into the configuration (`Sga7N_GyDB_Loader_Event.INI`) file
