The IN related message sorter module

Basic Operation

Periodically scans the working directory for Sga-8024.xxx files created by the SgaINPol module.
Loads IN components into a preset size FIFO type buffer
Sorts IN components by their timestamp and writes out the oldest into Sga-8025.xxx files
Causes a small delay defined by the size of the buffer
Loaded components can be saved for providing the continuous CDR generation

Uptime: time elapsed since module has been started up.
Number of the read and the written records.
Number of records that arrive out-of-queue, i.e., when its timestamp is earlier than the earliest's in queue.
Name of the actual input file.
Number of components in the buffer.
Timestamp of the last and the oldest components.
Time gap between the last and the oldest components.

(n) MSU's with same (ms-resolution) timestamps are sorted with BEGIN first, CONT and unknown next, then END, and ABORT last.
(n) Clear key (NumPad-5) clears highlight (selection) in log window.
(n) Queue length can also have a secondary (temporal) limit.
(n) INI/[Advanced]/dwMaxQueueLengthSec (defaults to 15 seconds)
(n) Temporal difference between first and last elements in queue is shown in status (and gets logged as well).
(n) Counts and logs data that arrive out-of-queue, i.e., when its timestamp is earlier than the earliest's in queue.
(c) Out-of-queue data has yellow color (referring to "warning") in log.
(c) Monitor ID is logged in each line at "Detailed" log level as well.
(c) In lieu of empty Monitor ID or Link ID the "(NULL)" text is shown in log.
