The Cell Data Sender module for the Sga-DB system

Basic Operation

Periodically scans the working directory for Sga-9001.xxx files, created by the SgaBSSAPCDR module
Connects to Sga-UTI Data Poller module via TCP/IP connection
Forwards cell related records to the Sga-DB system

	Allow auto-connect to UTI-Poller	(Ctrl-A or )	Allows/Prohibits automatic connecting to the `Sga-UTI Poller` module
	Disconnect from UTI-Poller now!	(Ctrl-D)	Disconnects from the `Sga-UTI Poller` module immediately
	Don't start reading next input file		Disbale processing of the next input file
[Options]
	Auto scroll	()	Allow automatic scrolling of the log screen
	Save settings		Save current settings into the configuration (`Sga-UTI Data Sender.ini`) file

Uptime: Time elapsed since module has been started up.
State of Poller connection: Status of the Sga-UTI Poller module's connection.
- Not connected.: Connection to the Sga-UTI Poller module is not yet established.
- Connected.: Connection has just been established.
- Idle.: Connection is established but there is no any input file to be sent.
- Loading...: Input files is being loaded and records are sent to the Sga-UTI Poller module.
IN file: Name of the input Sga-9001.xxx file currently being loaded.
Records read last: Number of records loaded from the current input Sga-9001.xxx file.
total: Total number of records sent since the module started.
failed: Number of records failed to send.
