The WatchDog utility

Basic operation

Recevies connection from monitor program and listens to its periodic signal
When this periodic signal is missing (monitor program has frozen) and SgaDog.ini/[General]/SoftwareTimeoutSecs elapsed it tries to restart the operating system (and the monitor program and the SgaDog if their shortcuts are in the StartUp)
If the restart is unsuccesful and SgaDog.ini/[General]/HardwareTimeoutSecs elapsed it reboots the PC
In that case when SgaDog has been stopped or frozen the PC will be rebooted
When the monitor has been shutdown by user listening will be also stopped and there will not be restart or reboot
