The Sga-GPRS MS Capability Assembler module
`("Sga8NCapab")`

Basic operation

Scans the working directory periodically for input files (Sga-8004.xxx) to be processed
Collects MS capability related parameters into TAC-FAC and LAC-RAC-CI records
Records can be written into csv files

The bottom status-line

Uptime: time elapsed since module has been started up.
Reading: name of the input file being read
PDU: number of MS capability related PDU's counted since start
CDR: number of closed transaction (complete or timed-out)
Active transactions: number of actually opened transactions
Error counters:
- E1: number of transactions without any REQUEST message (yellow line in the log)
- E2: increased when a new REQUEST arrives and the number of active transactions is reached the Sga8NCapap.ini/[Advanced]/dwMaxActiveTransactionCount value (Red colored "Too many active transactions. An ATRQ/RARQ will be ignored now." in the log.)
- E3: TLLI reuse counter (yellow line in the log)
- E7: number of timed-out transactions (yellow line in the log)
TAC-FAC:
- encountered: number of occurence of TAC-FAC related transactions
- overflown: if the number of records in the actual table reaches the Sga8NCapab.ini/[Advanced]/dwMaxTACFACRecords the new records will be dropped and counted here
- keys: current number of records in the TAC-FAC table
LAC-RAC-CI:
- encountered: number of occurence of LAC-RAC-CI related transactions
- overflown: when the number of records in the actual table reaches the Sga8NCapab.ini/[Advanced]/dwMaxLACRACCIRecords the new records will be dropped and counted here
- keys: current number of records in the LAC-RAC-CI table

TAC-FAC based records

The table contains one row for each TAC-FAC combination
The "v" coloumn indicates the version information of a combination for a given TAC-FAC
The "Count" coloumn shows count of a given occurence of a capability combination for the given TAC-FAC
Capablility parameters are listed including "Network Capability" parameters and occurence of "Access Technology Type" and the "Radio Access Capability" parameters
"Radio Access Capability" parameters are indicated three times; once for "GSM P" and once for "GSM E" and once for "GSM 1800 ATT"
If a parameter does not occur the related cell will be empty

Cell related records (LAC-RAC-CI records)

In this table there are the cell identifiers and occurence of parameter values listed in Sga8NCapab.ini/[Required LACRACCI Capabilities] section for the given cells
Description of the parameter definition:
- Every parameter has a key with a name for this parameter. The name can be an at most 64 character long arbitrary string
- For the proper operation every key has to be given exactly once in a predefined order (For the full list see [Required LACRACCI Capabilities] section of the sample Sga8NCapab.ini!)
- Setting the values for a key:
  - exact value or an interval (the interval can be infinite)
  - the value or the interval must be possible values of the given parameter
  - improper value(s) or interval cause the given key will not be shown in the table
- Examples:
  1. for an exact value and an interval ("Nw/SS screening ind.=0" and "Nw/SS screening ind. =1" and "Nw/SS screening ind.=2" and "Nw/SS screening ind.=3" will be counted)
    - Nw/SS screening ind.=0,1..3
  2. for exact values (number of occurence of "GSM P=0" and "GSM E=1" will be shown in the table)
    - GSM P=0
    - GSM E=1
  3. for infinit interval (same as the "1..31" definition, counts of parameter from "GSM P/Ext. DTM GPRS class=1" to "GSM P/Ext. DTM GPRS class=31" will be indicated)
    - GSM P/Ext. DTM GPRS class=1..

(c) Actions/"Flush & reset LAC-RAC-CI records" menu item is renamed as "Flush & reset LAC-RAC-CI statistics"; it is available only if INI/[Advanced]/dwLACRACCIStatFlushPeriod is set to zero.
(c) INI/[Advanced]/dwMaxTACFACRecords is renamed as dwTACFACStatMaxRecordCount.
