System Overview - Hardware components
The basic hardware components of the Sga-IC system are
- the Monitoring units (containing the SGA cards), simply referred to as "Monitors", which are connected to the
- operator's bidirectional PCM/SS7 links
- Sga-IC server
- the Sga-IC server, which is connected to the
- Sga-IC Monitors (it is possible to place the monitor and the server on the same machine)
- operator's Network Operating Center ("NOC")
