Features

Checks the state of the needed applications (running or not)
Indicates whether applications have been started from the needed folder
If needed automatically (re)starts programs which should be running but it is not (AutoRun feature)
Program list can be refreshed on-the-fly
- by modifiing the configuration file (What's Up.ini) or
- by a menu item to create a list of actually running applications

Basic operation

Continuously checks the running applications
If a required application is running from the given place its color is green otherwise the color is red
At every ten seconds it checks whether applications listed in What's Up.ini/[AutoRun] section are running and starts them if not

AutoRun feature

At every ten seconds the application checks whether applications listed in What's Up.ini/[AutoRun] section are running and starts them if not.
The format of the list of programs in What's Up.ini/[AutoRun] should be as the following:

- The key should have the full path of the application.
- The equal sign is mandatory even if the working directory is not set.
- The value is optional and defines the working directory (Start-in directory) for the application if needed (for example to define input directory).

Menu items

Menu can be accessed by clicking in the left corner of the title bar.

Update [Windows] section in INI: refresh program list with the programs actually running (list is written into the What's Up.ini)
Stay always on top: If checked the What's Up module stays top over the other application windows
About...: Shows some information about the program

Coloring of background

Background colors of application boxes have different meanings:

green: The observed application is running
red: The application is not running
yellow: More than one applications are running with the same caption or the application has an active dialogue window

[Short Names]			Short name can be assigned to the applications to be displayed instead of the long ones. When there is no short name for an application the full name of it will be displayed.
